Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Industrial Systems Engineering

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as a tenure-track professor in Industrial Systems Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate lab courses in core industrial systems topics, as well as developing and conducting new labs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and teach undergraduate lab courses in core industrial systems topics, including Process Engineering and General Engineering
- Conduct lab courses in the Process Engineering and General Engineering areas
- Become familiar with common unit operations such as reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, absorption and distillation columns, evaporators, fuel cell, heat-pump, and refrigeration unit
- Preference will be given to individuals with at least 2 years' experience in industry or a laboratory setting and those with previous teaching experience
- Develop and maintain a strong commitment to teaching and developing new labs, as well as Faculty and university service
Requirements
- B.A.Sc. or equivalent in Process engineering or Industrial Systems engineering or a closely related area
- Appropriate credentials for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Saskatchewan
- Diploma of Applied Science/Technology in Process engineering or Industrial Systems engineering or a closely related area, with the appropriate credentials for registration as an Applied Science Technologist in Saskatchewan
