Dynamic Project Leader / Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing all facets of client engagement.
  • Establish and nurture robust and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and commitment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to outline project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and uphold project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Track project advancement and performance, proactively identifying and addressing challenges as they occur.
  • Spot new business prospects and collaborate with the sales team to craft proposals and estimates.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and/or client relationship management, ideally within the automotive, railway, or aerospace sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English) in both verbal and written communication.
  • Candidates must reside in Canada.
