  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Record Creation: Create digital records using a scanner, ensuring accurate and legible documentation.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective data entry processes.
  • Document Conversion: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
