Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake.
Job Summary:The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain the breakfast area, including setting up and cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
- Restock food and beverage supplies, including condiments, utensils, and linens.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role an asset.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
