Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties, and responding to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of client properties to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as alarms and security breaches, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, including reports and logs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid Security License
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and a clean abstract
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in emergency situations
