Position Overview:

The Production Chemicals division at Secure Energy is seeking a dedicated driver holding a Class 3 or 5 license. This position is crucial for the safe transportation of various materials, including totes, pails, and drums. The successful candidate will possess experience in managing hazardous substances in compliance with federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties of this role encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately maintain electronic logbooks as mandated by federal regulations.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly secured and inspected for safe transit.
  • Keep vehicles clean and conduct routine maintenance checks.
  • Operate all equipment safely to mitigate accidents and property damage.
  • Follow safety protocols, procedures, and traffic regulations diligently.
  • Complete all assigned tasks with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience as a Deck Truck driver with a valid Class 3 or 5 license and a spotless driving record.
  • Current Safety Certifications such as H2S and First Aid.
  • Strong understanding of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations.
  • Familiarity with electronic logbooks, permits, and federal driving standards.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all protocols.
  • Dependability, maturity, punctuality, and self-motivation.
  • Attention to detail along with computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
