We are in search of a Vice President of Order Management & Fulfillment to spearhead our Acquisitions division, driving the advancement of order management and fulfillment methodologies, policies, and systems. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong operational and commercial insight, dedicated to providing outstanding client experiences. In this role, you will supervise all facets of the acquisition process across CEI Fleet Collision and Safety, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Acquisitions division, fostering and inspiring leadership, and ensuring budget compliance with corporate goals.
  • Transforming organization-wide strategies into actionable plans to enhance client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to synchronize processes with client needs and drive operational enhancements.
  • Directing strategic initiatives to boost team performance, optimize operations, and uncover growth prospects.
  • Managing vendor relationships to provide effective solutions at competitive pricing.
  • Overseeing risk management programs and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard business operations during emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in general management and leadership roles within a service-oriented industry.
  • Profound understanding of quality methodologies and experience in implementing process enhancements.
  • Proven expertise in strategy formulation and execution to refine business models.
  • Capability to recruit, retain, develop, and inspire teams.
