Job Title: Store Associate - Part Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with the Store Manager and other team members to drive sales and meet goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, cash management, and general store upkeep.
  • Communicate effectively with area Distributor Sales Consultants to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, make product recommendations, and drive sales.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, balance cash drawer daily, and process returns and discounts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
