Management Duties:
- Enhance sales by ensuring compliance with TH's customer service standards and that products are well displayed on the sales floor.
- Assist in training and development, serve as a GGV, and provide exemplary TH customer service.
- Communicate performance metrics and identify business requirements.
- Engage with the team during brief meetings to discuss individual sales targets and other key performance indicators such as UPT, conversion rates, product sales, and any other relevant information to support excellent service delivery.
- Support training, monitoring, and execution of replenishment and restocking processes.
- Identify challenges, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
- Uphold the TH brand by maintaining a polished personal and professional appearance.
Operational Duties:
- Comprehend and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Receive and manage shipments and transfers.
- Implement Loss Prevention strategies.
- Contribute to ensuring the boutique is equipped with necessary tools (i.e., supplies, resources, binders, etc.) and possesses the knowledge to utilize them effectively.
- Maintain a high level of security awareness within the boutique.
- Open and close the boutique as required.
- Be capable of lifting weights of at least 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Leadership Duties:
- Collaborate with the boutique management team to identify new talent through networking and recruitment, oversee interview, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires embody the TH brand image.
- Assist in developing team members to be knowledgeable about products and sales through open, honest, and constructive communication.
- Foster a culture of energy, enthusiasm, and recognition for team and individual accomplishments.
- Participate and assist the boutique manager in weekly management meetings and quarterly boutique gatherings.
- Adjust schedules and adapt to operational needs, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate teamwork within the boutique and lead by example.
- Manage challenging situations while maintaining performance standards.
- Establish and nurture positive working relationships.
- Actively engage in maximizing regional marketing opportunities.
- Participate in personal development initiatives.
- Honor diversity and inclusion principles.
Merchandising and Visual Presentation Duties:
- Assist in making informed business decisions based on current sales strategies.
- Maintain an elevated boutique presentation through training and supervision in accordance with brand standards and company guidelines, with a keen eye for detail.
- Keep the management team updated on any concerns regarding merchandise or visual displays.
- Execute markdowns and restocking as necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness of displays, fixtures, and overall boutique environment.
