Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, focusing on investment and retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, listening to clients' goals and objectives to create tailored financial strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices in financial planning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Hold a CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum three years of experience in financial planning and investment sales.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
