Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, focusing on retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide personalized financial advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in financial planning.
Requirements:
  • Hold a CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of experience in financial planning and investment sales.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
