At Grizz Hotel, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your duties will include registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and processing group arrivals and departures. You will also be responsible for taking, canceling, and changing room reservations, as well as providing information on hotel facilities and services. Additionally, you will process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments. You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages, as well as assisting clients/guests with special needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures

Requirements:
