Qualifications We Seek:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales with a focus on outbound initiatives, comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or commitment to do so before your start date.
- A genuine enthusiasm for financial planning and a strong interest in portfolio management.
- Proven ability to build relationships and connect with diverse individuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development across various sectors.
- Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
