We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at MBI I.T. Services. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' computer systems and networks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams on computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Install, configure, and test computer hardware and software systems to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Network Administration: Administer and maintain client networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification and/or Cisco or Microsoft certifications.
Compensation:

$26-$28 per hour.
