We are currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist II to contribute to our global regulatory team.In this position, you will collaborate closely to provide regulatory guidance for the development of new products while ensuring ongoing compliance for our existing offerings.
Additionally, you will partner with our Engineering teams, ODM/JDM collaborators, and global Testing Laboratories to facilitate compliance with regulatory certifications in areas such as EMC, RF, and Safety.
This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week.You will gain experience in managing projects of moderate complexity related to global regulatory requirements through cross-functional collaboration.
You will evaluate business implications at each project phase, guided by senior staff.You will assist in formulating clear project scope statements, plans, resource needs, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with senior regulatory personnel. Multiple projects may be assigned concurrently.
You will monitor and document project progress, budgets, and deliverables, preparing status reports for the team and your immediate supervisor.
You will independently address minor issues and risks, working towards resolution. For significant issues or risks with resource or budget implications, you will provide recommendations for mitigation strategies for management review. You will leverage your expertise to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific regulatory areas.
You will assess regulatory processes, conducting data collection and analysis to support improvements aimed at reducing costs and complexities across the organization.
You will also identify and develop action plans focused on innovation and automation to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in existing regulatory processes.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.Proficiency in PC-based documentation tools, including MS Office and MS Project, along with project management skills, is essential.
Familiarity with EMC, RF, and Safety regulatory standards is necessary.
The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and circumstances is crucial.
