About the Role

KAD Consulting Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our payroll department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate payroll events, programs, and activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage Payroll Operations by scheduling work, training staff, and preparing and submitting reports.
  • Ensure Compliance by resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate Activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment and accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Supervise Staff by co-ordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, as well as requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Consulting firm.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large caseload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
