Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Acquire talent by utilizing networking and recruiting skills, conducting interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain customer relationships by maximizing company tools.
  • Brand Standards: Consistently execute brand standards and maintain store merchandising standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on new products in both fashion and performance using company learning tools.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure execution of operational policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication to the team of brand strategy, including promotions, contests, and incentives.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation, detail-oriented, and uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of operational components.
