Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, while also teaching them important life skills and values.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
  • Organize and plan activities such as games, outings, and educational programs for children, promoting their cognitive and emotional growth.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring the children receive a balanced diet.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and guidance when needed.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours, promoting their academic and social development.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
