Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed and that customers are receiving the best possible service.
- Hire and Train: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Order Merchandise: Order merchandise and manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the latest products.
- Authorize Returns: Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise, ensuring that customers are receiving the best possible service and that sales targets are met.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, ensuring that management is informed of any issues or concerns.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the latest products.
- Manage Cash: Manage cash, ensuring that the store is operating within budget and that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
