Job Summary
The Project Administrator at IDL Projects Inc. plays a key role in supporting the Project Management staff with various administrative tasks. From project reporting to managing documentation, the Administrator ensures the smooth operation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client project reports and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records
- Assist with managing necessary project documents and contracts
- Coordinate project personnel travel arrangements and itineraries
- Interact with project stakeholders, including clients and vendors
- Assist in purchasing and procurement processes
- Design and maintain project documentation and databases
- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project administration or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Superior time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
