Job Summary

The Project Administrator at IDL Projects Inc. plays a key role in supporting the Project Management staff with various administrative tasks. From project reporting to managing documentation, the Administrator ensures the smooth operation of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client project reports and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records
  • Assist with managing necessary project documents and contracts
  • Coordinate project personnel travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Interact with project stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Assist in purchasing and procurement processes
  • Design and maintain project documentation and databases
  • Perform various clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Superior time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
