Job Summary:

IDL Projects Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project files, reports, and documentation
  • Assist project management staff with scheduling, timekeeping, and clerical duties
  • Coordinate project personnel travel requirements and interact with head office departments
  • Assist with purchasing, client inquiries, and providing information to staff and clients
  • Design and maintain documentation for project tracking and personnel scheduling
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project-based administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
