Job Summary

Unique Custom Doors Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate high-quality parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dimensional Control: Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Workpiece Preparation: Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
  • Machinery Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust production machineries/tools to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Component Assembly: Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring precise fit and finish.
  • Instrument Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, maintaining accurate inspection records and completing inspection reports.
  • Dimensional Verification: Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, ensuring accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Machinery Operation: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to fabricate high-quality parts and components.
  • Quality Control: Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • CNC Machine Operation: Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate high-quality parts and components.
