Job Title: Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Requirements: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Information Systems Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Policy Development: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that information systems are user-friendly and meet business requirements.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that information systems meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including programming languages, networking software, and communication software.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Work Environment:

We offer a hybrid work environment with 30 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
