About the Role
This role is responsible for managing key projects at PET VALU. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. They will work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet the applicable scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, identifying and resolving key issues that impact project scope or deliverables.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to effectively communicate project findings and plans to team members and management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with workflow collaboration tools such as Jira, BaseCamp, Asana, Smart Sheets, Freshdesk, etc.
- Experience in developing and tracking budgets, process improvement, and planning.
- At least 2 years of direct experience as a project manager in a retail and/or pet supply industry.
- Preferred: 4 years of experience plus 4 or more years of direct experience as a project manager in a retail and/or pet supply industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
- Proficient in standard end-user computing tools such as Google Applications, Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with vendors and internal resources.
