- Lead Business Growth Initiatives: Ideate, plan, and implement new and long-term business growth strategies.
- Manage Budgets and Forecasts: Create and deploy metrics to enforce operational efficiency and ensure financial targets are met.
- Champion Company Culture: Support organizational morale and momentum by promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Partner with Executive and Corporate Teams: Collaborate with our SureSwift Capital executive and corporate teams to drive business growth and success.
- Operational Knowledge and Experience: Proven track record in marketing and business development, with a strong understanding of SaaS operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to lead product roadmap and growth initiatives.
- Risk Management: Experience in managing and mitigating risk to ensure business success.
- Remote Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams in a remote environment.
- Competitive Compensation: CAD $80,000-100,000 annual base salary.
- Semi-Annual Bonuses: Eligible for bonuses based on targets and performance.
