Job Title: Associate Physician in Medical Oncology

We are seeking an Associate Physician in Medical Oncology to join our team at BC Cancer – Abbotsford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical and academic services to patients with cancer.

Requirements
  • Medical degree and a minimum of 2 years' training in a postgraduate medical training program, ideally with internal medicine/oncology experience.
  • Eligibility for licensure in British Columbia in the Associate Physician Class.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with families about health findings, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and follow-up.
  • Commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada, as per TRC (2015) and BC's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (2019).
