Toronto, Ontario, Canada The Goal Getters Associates Full time

This position is part of the Managed Services Operations (MSO) team, ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The MSO team is dedicated to providing support to users and stakeholders involved in the daily operations and projects related to Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software. Senior Consultants will collaborate closely with colleagues at TGG and clients from various departments including finance, accounting, information technology, and project management.

TGG excels in the design, development, implementation, and support of CPM solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and delivering value in the following areas:

  • Financial Close Process: Encompassing financial consolidation for legal entity reporting, tax compliance, and statutory disclosures.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Covering budgeting, continuous planning, rolling forecasts, value driver planning, and predictive analytics.
  • Data Governance and Analytics: Including master data governance, data warehousing, business intelligence, dashboarding, and prescriptive analytics.

Senior Consultants will have the chance to deepen their knowledge of the functionality and operational aspects of CPM software, leveraging these skills in a leadership capacity within the MSO team. They will be expected to provide advisory support to clients' finance, accounting, and IT departments, assisting in the administration, utilization, and development of CPM solutions, while also serving as an escalation point for Associate Consultants.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, Senior Consultants will support colleagues with project development and deployment tasks, as well as contribute to internal initiatives such as company operations, marketing, and IT.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a user or administrator of CPM/EPM Software (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream XF).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, customer service, and relationship building with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team while also demonstrating self-motivation when working independently.
  • A solid understanding of finance and accounting terminology, processes, and requirements (e.g., financial close, budgeting, and forecasting processes, financial statements).
  • Familiarity with IT terminology, processes, and requirements (e.g., remote desktops, virtual networks, computer servers & services, user access & security, automations).
  • General proficiency with business software, including Microsoft Word and Excel; managing company email, calendar, and ticketing systems; and tracking time and effort.
