This position is part of the Managed Services Operations (MSO) team, tailored for individuals possessing 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The MSO team is dedicated to supporting our clients' users and stakeholders in their daily operations and projects related to Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software. Senior Consultants will collaborate closely with colleagues from TGG as well as clients in finance, accounting, information technology, and project management sectors.

TGG excels in the design, development, implementation, and support of CPM solutions for organizations aiming to enhance efficiency and value in:

  • Financial Close Process: This includes financial consolidation for legal entity reporting, tax filing, and statutory disclosures.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Responsibilities encompass budgeting, continuous planning, rolling forecasts, value driver planning, and predictive analytics.
  • Data Governance and Analytical Capabilities: This involves master data governance, data warehousing, business intelligence, dashboarding, and prescriptive analytics.

Senior Consultants will have the chance to deepen their expertise in the functionality and operational aspects of CPM software, utilizing these skills in a leadership capacity within the MSO team. They are expected to provide advisory support during interactions with clients' finance, accounting, and IT departments, assisting in the administration, utilization, and development of CPM solutions, while also serving as an escalation point for Associate Consultants.

Beyond direct client support and project responsibilities, Senior Consultants will aid colleagues with various project development and deployment tasks, as well as contribute to internal initiatives encompassing company operations, marketing, and IT.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS

  • A minimum of two years as a user or administrator of CPM/EPM Software (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream XF).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, customer service, and relationship building with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also being self-driven when working independently.
  • A solid understanding of finance and accounting terminology, processes, and requirements (e.g., financial close, budgeting, and forecasting processes, financial statements).
  • Ability to comprehend or learn IT terminology, processes, and requirements (e.g., remote desktops, virtual networks, computer servers & services, user access & security, automations).
  • General proficiency with business software, including Microsoft Word and Excel; managing company email inbox, calendar, and ticketing system; time and effort tracking and management.
