Compensation Information:
$23.68 per hour
Physical Requirement:

Accountabilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and complete full cycle reservation requests to drive business growth
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue
- Oversee and train Reservations Agents to ensure compliance with company standards and processes
- Assess guest needs and provide personalized suggestions to enhance their stay
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled according to established standards
- Lead and develop the Front Office team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Create a cohesive team environment that fosters collaboration and guest satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum of two years Reservations or Front Office department experience required
- Dedicated to working in a dynamic team environment that prioritizes guest experience
- Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera
- Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and anticipating guest needs
- Focused individual with excellent attention to detail and numbers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities
