About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Bal Immigration Services Inc. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Management: Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
