Job Summary

BAR BURRITO is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Fluency in English
