About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs by listening to their vehicle's symptoms and conducting thorough inspections.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage to provide accurate estimates and explanations.
  • Develop estimates by calculating materials, supplies, and labor costs.
  • Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and required repairs.
  • Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers' publications.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Minimum - years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Auto experience considered an asset.
  • Valid G Drivers License.
  • Able to work flexible hours within our business hours.
