Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer needs by listening to their vehicle's symptoms and conducting thorough inspections.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage to provide accurate estimates and explanations.
- Develop estimates by calculating costs, including materials, supplies, and labor.
- Prepare repair orders by documenting symptoms, problems, and required repairs.
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, answering questions, and arranging transportation.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers' publications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum - years of experience in a customer service role.
- Auto experience considered an asset.
- Valid G Drivers License.
- Able to work flexible hours within our business hours.
