Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process information, and perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, calculate billing charges, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in an urban area, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
