Job Summary

At Optimum West Insurance Company Inc, we are seeking a skilled Telephone Adjuster Property to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for handling minor to moderate size property and physical damage automobile claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
  • Negotiate claim settlements with policyholders and other parties
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders and other stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough investigations of losses and gather necessary documentation
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve claims efficiently
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
