We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will provide assistance to the Branch Manager in discharging management duties, including:
- Financial and asset management
- Human resource management, training, and mentoring
- Managing quality and service
- Executing sales and marketing plans
This is an enterprise-level position, requiring strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on commercial and property service lines.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Independent Adjusting License
- CIP or FCIP preferred
- Minimum 10 years combined technical claims handling/supervisory experience
- Post-secondary education
- Technical training related to business unit/service line
- Strong supervisory and team building skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen
- Maintenance of professional certification or license
