Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise with customers.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is well-staffed at all times.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Handling heavy loads and manual dexterity required.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
