Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel productivity.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
