At Booking.com, we're on a mission to empower everyone to experience the world. Our Partner Services team is seeking a talented Account Manager to join our Montreal, ON office.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our accommodation partners. You'll proactively communicate with them to ensure they offer our customers the best availability and competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive communication with partners to assist with the creation of Booking.com's business
  • Responsible for a portfolio of partners, serving as the first point of contact and answering questions
  • Maintaining a stable relationship with accommodation partners through frequent performance calls and contact
  • Staying knowledgeable on Booking.com's products to explain their benefits and usage to partners
  • Finding opportunities for partners to improve Booking.com's business using internal segmentation
  • Identifying new potential partners and connecting them for further follow-up
  • Resolving customer service critical issues related to partner portfolios
  • Supporting the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners
