Pharmacist Staff FLEX Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist Staff FLEX to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, prepare, and deliver prescriptions accurately and timely.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs.
  • Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy.
  • Provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist's license.
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills.
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy Computer system.
