Pharmacy Staff FLEX Job Description

At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Pharmacy Staff FLEX, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by providing accurate and timely dispensing of medications, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and counseling patients on their medication use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and supplies
  • Counsel patients on their medication use and provide education on proper use and potential side effects
  • Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
  • Class A Pharmacist license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
