Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our Life Sciences Systems division as Vice President, Finance. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance team in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies, including acquisitions and divestitures
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial information
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial experience in a manufacturing or financial environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through financial planning and analysis
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
