Family Law Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Specialist to join our team at Resolution. As a key member of our private client department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of private family law cases, including divorce, financial proceedings, and private children act proceedings.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on nuptial agreements, unmarried couples/cohabitation work, and Schedule 1 proceedings.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners and other fee earners to deliver high-quality client service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in private family law, including key areas such as divorce, financial proceedings, and private children act proceedings.
  • Excellent administration, time keeping, and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, LEAP, and Adobe Pro, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
