Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Law Specialist to join our team. As a Construction Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in the construction industry
  • Act for individual clients in contentious trusts and probate issues, including I(PFD)A claims, will challenges, trust disputes, executor and trustee issues, construction and rectification, proprietary estoppel, court of protection, and care fee disputes
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance
