Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Reconcile financial accounts
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure accurate payroll management
  • Balance and deposit cash transactions
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with MS Office and spreadsheet applications
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have own transportation
  • Public transportation options are not available
