We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Services Manager to join our team at Delmanor Communities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary services department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement seasonal menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements
