TiMi Montréal is a AAA game development studio within TiMi Studio Group and Tencent, working on a new IP for a multiplatform open-world role-playing game using Unreal Engine 5.

The core team has a proven track record making hit open-world games, including Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Watch Dogs. We're seeking a Senior Monetization Specialist to join our team in developing a AAA, open-world game based on a new IP.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the product monetization business strategy and live performance management.
  2. Foster strong relationships with the development team to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving product goals.
  3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic feedback on our games.
  4. Collaborate with the game development core team to define GaaS loops that support a commercial vision.
  5. Provide detailed insights on game and business model design to influence game development.
  6. Deliver against commercial forecasts and goals, reporting upwards to the executive level.
  7. Identify player needs and opportunities to build features that improve engagement and retention.
  8. Manage communication on KPIs, OKRs, and other metrics for the game during testing, through launch, and beyond.
  9. Drive forecasting and budget input.
  10. Utilize game analytics to monitor game performance and identify new opportunities to increase user conversion, retention, and monetization.
  11. Manage strategy and provide input into plans for strong player-facing communications and in-game events.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities and risks to improve the work of the team and the quality of the project.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in product management.
  2. Proven experience delivering product plans that maximize revenue.
  3. An individual who can influence strategy and drive outcomes at all phases of the game's development.
  4. Experience with Games-as-a-Service titles is a must.
  5. At least one AAA action title shipped.
  6. At least one product shipped of the current generation of games (PS4/XBOX ONE).
  7. Able to communicate effectively verbally and visually.
  8. Positive attitude and a desire to bring new ideas to the team.
  9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
