Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

The National Capital Commission is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic real estate consultant to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will offer your expertise and support in various real estate dealings and developments. Your responsibilities will include formulating strategies, negotiating, and managing the acquisition, exchange, sale, and leasing of properties. You will also be responsible for creating proposals, reports, presentations, and informational documents for management, stakeholders, or client organizations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a relevant specialization in real estate, business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of five to eight years of experience in providing real estate consulting services, including the development of negotiation strategies, conducting risk assessments, and making informed recommendations for real estate transactions and development initiatives.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with various legal instruments associated with real estate transactions, principles of evaluating real estate rights, and an understanding of the commercial, residential, and agricultural markets.
  • Abilities: Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously, negotiating effectively in competitive settings, and performing, analyzing, and synthesizing market studies.
  • Skills: Demonstrate integrity and respect, think critically, collaborate effectively with others, show initiative, and take decisive action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accreditation or eligibility for membership in a professional real estate association.
  • Experience in procurement processes, including planning and developing procurement strategies, preparing and finalizing related documentation, and evaluating submissions.
