Position Overview

Grandville Construction Ltd. is seeking a dedicated **Construction Assistant** to support various tasks on our high-rise building projects. This role involves working in diverse environments, primarily outdoors, and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Work Setting

This position is based in urban areas, specifically at high-rise construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials efficiently.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in the framing of houses, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
  • Support demolition activities as needed.
  • Clean and organize salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure site safety.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic safely around construction zones.
  • Fill molds with concrete as required.
Experience Requirements

Ideal candidates will have between **1 to 7 months** of relevant experience in construction or a related field.
