Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a related field

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users facing challenges with their hardware systems
  • Investigate and apply solutions based on technical manuals and user guides
  • Offer guidance, training, and assistance to users
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions
  • Engage in the redesign of software as necessary
  • Oversee the work of technical support staff
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Prepare equipment for employee utilization
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers
